Testing is our line of duty. And executing it we have to choose several times a day.
Is it more important to have a product consistent with the requirements OR with the ultimate purpose intended?
Is it more important to have a product consistent with the contract OR with the image our company portrays in all of its communication?
Is it more important to have a product consistent with the vision of the few guarding the roadmap OR with habits and expectations of the audience?
We have to be able to deal with several shades of grey internally and at the same time that we have to be able to communicate clearly and decicively externally.
It never is easy to choose. But choose we must.
