Are you looking to offer advice? Wan’t someone to change their mind?

The first rule of advising without being a jerk – DON’T offer it unless asked for.

The best way to get someone to change their mind is to plant a seed of an idea.

Then like any seed, it will need care and attention, water and light, and eventually it will grow to provide a bountiful harvest.

People mostly change their mind by their own insights.

That’s why the best you can do is to care for those seeds of ideas, and help them sprout to become the insights of your audience.
